Every apartment is spacious and clean (smoke-free and pet free). Our bright living spaces have new patio doors and windows and each one has its own patio or balcony to enjoy the sunshine and fresh air plus we provide all the up-to-date kitchen appliances.

You’ll find a central laundry room conveniently located on each of our three floors (serviced by two elevators). Your guests are welcome to stay in one of two “motel” rooms that we make available for overnight accommodations

• All apartments are sold on a life lease basis, with a pre-determined buy-back at the termination date.
• No complicated involvement with real estate agents or lawyers.
• Your prices and maintenance fees are based on the square footage of your apartment.
• Your monthly maintenance fees include laundry, water and sewage charges, property taxes, grounds and building maintenance, expenses related to common areas of the apartment building.
